DESCRIPTION:This 45 minute weekly exercise class for teens and adults is led by a Recreation Therapist. Cardio drumming incorporates movement\, stretching\, music\, and rhythm together for an alternative cardiovascular workout. This class focuses on range of motion\, endurance\, strengthening\, flexibility\, coordination and body awareness. \nNOTE:  There is a $5 discount for private pay!
